Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and with clear unboxing video. We will review the case and work toward an appropriate resolution.
